Unfortunately, that requires a lot of redrawing art, both for the classical variants and the new art. We'd be talking about thirteen characters, some with two different variants for their NSFW in both the classical and redrawn style. It comes down to about forty pictures that need to be changed, alongside the existing dialogue. It's simply not feasible.

After getting the ruby, you need to talk to Medea again and then reach the ravine on the overworld. (You might need to explore to make it appear)

It is not currently in our plans. When remaking the game, we discussed the scope of what we would achieve and certain content had to be cut.
